Batting milestones

Only the highest milestone in an innings counts (25, 50, 75 or 100). We know the 100s and 50s, but not whether a 50 reached 75, or how many innings landed between 25 and 49. So we add the lowest and highest bonus that fits the innings count, runs and high score.
